Welcome to Lizikr.
Lizikr is a Smart Hifz & Madarasa Reporting Platform designed to help Madrasas manage attendance, student progress, approvals, communication, reports, and fee tracking.
By accessing or using Lizikr, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Lizikr is intended for use by:
- Madrasa Management
- Teachers
- Parents approved by a Madrasa
Users must provide accurate information during registration and account use.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining access to their registered email address or phone number
- Protecting their device and login credentials
- Ensuring information provided is accurate and up to date
Users are responsible for activities performed through their accounts.
4. Roles and Access
Management
Management users are responsible for:
- Managing Madrasa information
- Approving teachers and parents
- Maintaining accurate student records
- Ensuring lawful use of student information
Teachers
Teachers may access only information authorized by their Madrasa.
Teachers are responsible for ensuring that reports, attendance records, and student information entered into the platform are accurate.
Parents
Parents may access only the student assigned to them through Madrasa approval processes.
Parents may not attempt to access information belonging to other students or users.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Circumvent security controls
- Interfere with platform operation
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Misrepresent identity or authorization
6. Student Information
Student information stored within Lizikr remains the responsibility of the relevant Madrasa and authorized users.
Madrasas are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to collect, manage, and share student information with teachers and parents.
7. Subscription and Billing
Management Subscription
Management accounts may require an annual subscription.
Subscription pricing may vary based on the number of students managed by the Madrasa.
Pricing, promotional offers, discounts, and trial periods may change in the future.
Teachers and Parents
Teacher and Parent access is currently provided without subscription fees.
Payment Processing
Management subscriptions may be handled through external payment arrangements.
Lizikr does not currently provide in-app payment processing for management subscriptions.
8. Free Trial
Lizikr may offer promotional trial periods.
Trial availability, duration, and eligibility may be modified or discontinued at any time.
9. Service Availability
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability, Lizikr does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical issues
- Third-party service outages
- Internet connectivity problems
- Security updates
10. Notifications
Lizikr may send notifications relating to:
- Approvals
- Attendance
- Student reports
- Fee reminders
- Service announcements
Users may manage notification permissions through device settings.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
Lizikr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in unauthorized activity
- Present security risks
- Misuse the platform
Termination may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the service or its users.
12. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion through the application.
Certain information may be retained temporarily for security, operational, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Data scheduled for deletion is generally removed within 30 days.
13. Intellectual Property
The Lizikr application, branding, logos, software, content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not:
- Copy
- Redistribute
- Reverse engineer
- Modify
- Commercially exploit
any portion of the platform without authorization.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Lizikr is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made regarding:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Complete accuracy of user-generated content
Users assume responsibility for their use of the platform.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lizikr shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Data loss resulting from user actions
- Business interruption
- Third-party service failures
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
16. Changes to the Service
Lizikr may modify, update, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time.
Reasonable efforts may be made to communicate significant changes when appropriate.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
The updated version will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of Lizikr after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of Lizikr shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
